Refund & Exchange

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. To avoid any inconvenience or delays, we always recommend that our customers review the Sizing Chart in detail before making a purchase.

SADEL doesn’t accept any returns or exchange on items delivered as per customers specifications. However, in the case of the purchased item is not meeting the order specification, you may email us at quoting your Order number within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Our customer service team will arrange with the courier to collect the returned item(s), then arrange for exchange or refund based on your preference.

Please note: All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
